When I create a new game, Streamline comes up and dances a merry jig and says everythings cool and or groovy. Streamline is a performance enhancing tool with an auto-revolving (life) quicksaver. One mod that I (Almost inappropriately) loved was Streamline.
Game starts up and my OBSE mods start working. I swapped out the old oblivion.exe with that one, and (installed and) called obse_loader.exe. exe that I had used on Vista 32 to make the game load faster. So In the interests of science (SCIENCE!), I worked around. Trying other simple OBSE mods (ie P1DKe圜hain)also never work. esps and a single simple OBSE requiring mod (NoBackwardsRunning). I've dropped my mod list down to the offical game. It further says that the Steam version of the program should detect the obse_steam_loader.dll directly and launch OBSE all on it's own. The readme says to put obse_1_2_416.dll, obse_editor_1_2.dll and obse_steam_loader.dll into my oblivion directory (Which I have). I have the steam version of Oblivion and have downloaded and installed OBSE 0018. I kept my old mods and setup in the hopes of a painless migration. I stopped playing Oblivion about 6 months ago following an arm injury, and in the intervening time upgraded from Vista 32 to Windows 7 圆4.
